Chase are the best for savings

Chase are the best for savings they have mastered the banking experience for savings and have made it easier than never before they have done an outstanding job and i believe saving is so much easier with chase. My money feels the most secure it has ever been and the savings process is so simple and everything is so clear so i know what i’m doing and i know where everything is. I’m new to the chase bank but cannot rate it highly enough, interest rates are fantastic which is a breath of fresh air after dealing with high street banks for so long, the app is very easy to use and support is there if you need it, i was always a bit hesitant about using online banking but sorry i didn’t start years ago, i would recommend the chase bank to anyone. Chase accounts are simple to open. The app is also easy to use, with some great features like the digital debit card which can be used immediately without physical possession of the actual card. The interest on savings is good. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

Consistently Reliable and Easy to Use

I’ve had a great experience with Chase so far. The mobile app is user-friendly and makes managing my finances easy—from tracking spending to transferring money. I also appreciate the strong customer service; anytime I’ve had an issue or question, the support team has been responsive and helpful. Their credit card rewards are solid, and I like how transparent they are with fees and account updates. Best Banking Service 2025!

Savings has always been a massive struggle for me, but with Chase Savings , I've managed to save so easily, and will continue banking with Chase for the foreseeable future. It's very easy to transfer into savings which is very useful , out of sight but still there safely, I know that I will be in good hands when I move out for my Masters ! Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

Not so happy with the service

When I asked about an account and the amount I want to put in. I was told I could! I opened the account and I was unable too. I was limited to putting 20k per day! If your staff do not know they should not lie to a Customer! Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
