Hassle-free savings

It's easy access with a good rate of 1.25% and the automatic save feature has really helped me put away what I can afford and build up a lot of savings without having to think about it! The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that I haven't been with them for very long and haven't experienced their direct customer service so can't assess that. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

A no-brainer download

Amazingly quick and friendly customer experience (although it's a bit telling that this is a stand-out feature in the banking world...). Chip's AI machine beetles away in the background, safely squirreling away your money so you don't even feel it. Easy and painless way to save

The Chip app is amazing! It has helped me to save up money without really “feeling it” coming out of my bank account. I love the little messages of encouragement the app sends you every time you’ve made a save, it feels like a friend cheering you on! Plus, as you get advanced warning about each “save” coming out of your bank account, there is always the opportunity to cancel a save if you need to. I am also thrilled to be getting a decent rate of interest with their new 1.25% account. It’s the perfect saving app for the 21st century, and for busy people like me with little willpower! Excellent app.
