I joined Chip recently. Started out slowly as it’s a new approach to saving. The business model for savers seems simple and effective. The recent expansion to crowd funding and lending model seem to be the next step. Reviewed on: 14th November 2018

Chip is a fantastic app which makes it easy to save money and calculates how much I can afford to save without me noticing, the money builds up without me realising and makes it easy to save f0r important things. Reviewed on: 14th November 2018

Effortless saving app

Great app for putting away a little at a time without really noticing. Goals are brilliant for targeted saving. I've covered my golf fees for next year and most of my golfing holiday to Spain. When I have a little extra I put it away towards my goals, really helps to see progress is on target. Reviewed on: 14th November 2018

I came across this through a feature on the BBC News website some time ago and was curious. I was a little hesitant as I had to link the app to my bank account but I decided to go ahead - one of the best decisions ever: without realising it I had steadily saved £2,000 by saving little amounts every week. Chip is a great app which helps me save money without me needing to think about it each month. They have great support when you have questions and you're able to speak to someone on live chat very quickly. They're a very innovative company with ambitious plans that I hope they achieve.
