Having only held my licence for a year when I completed a quote with Churchill I was expecting extortionate prices. However, they provided me with a very well priced quote. Unprofessional

They took my car for repair front end to Nationwide Repairs which was fine (accident was my/my wife's fault). After getting the car back and hearing some banging noise from the front I opened up the hood and realised the engine mount was broken. I reported to the garage, they instantly booked the car back and collected it for inspection. Later I got a call saying that the estimator guy told them that it is too far at the back and couldn't have happen during the accident (the whole front bumber and crach cans were changed). So obviously wasn't a "small" shock there. We are talking about a 2 years old car and a fresh shiny engine mount brakage. Totally dissapointed and angry. Reviewed on: 27th July 2020
