They charge £26.50 to change name or address! On top of this, my £500 voluntary excess has suddenly become £900, as they add on extra excess due to my age or something. I hope I don't even need to claim... Reviewed on: 26th February 2016

I have purchased car insurance with Churchill for 2 years running. When it came to renewing I found a slightly cheaper quote online and phoned them up to cancel, but to my surprise they matched it! They were pleasant over the phone and very helpful in explaining the different terms of my policy. I had reason to claim on my insurance when my windscreen was chipped and I was pleased how easy it was to sort out with Churchill. I have recently purchase car insurance from Churchill via comparison website not only provided cheaper quote also give more benefit than other rival company excellent customer service queries dealt quickly staff are friendly I would recommend people to have car insurance with them as they are one of the best companies Reviewed on: 10th November 2015
