Warning - steer clear

Took out car insurance and only after this did they ask for proof of NCD, and refused to accept my legitimate NCD introducing new rules for NCD, AFTER I've paid. We launched a complaint, contacted them multiple times and they failed to react in their stated timelines every time. They then took more money without my permission! We are still trying to get our money back. Feel like I've been scammed. Reviewed on: 12th June 2026
