Warning - steer clear

Took out car insurance and only after this did they ask for proof of NCD, and refused to accept my legitimate NCD introducing new rules... Took out car insurance and only after this did they ask for proof of NCD, and refused to accept my legitimate NCD introducing new rules for NCD, AFTER I've paid. We launched a complaint, contacted them multiple times and they failed to react in their stated timelines every time. They then took more money without my permission! We are still trying to get our money back. Feel like I've been scammed. Read more Read less

    Great price for car insurance when doing comparison in fact more was included with Darwin and they were still cheaper
