Was the cheapest car insurance with the most coverage compared to other companies. The online form was easy to complete so they process was easy to set up.

Cheapest of the rest but still 300 more than who I used before.

They’re a fantastic company to deal with and offer excellent customer service. Their product communication is also top-notch.

Took out car insurance and only after this did they ask for proof of NCD, and refused to accept my legitimate NCD introducing new rules... We launched a complaint, contacted them multiple times and they failed to react in their stated timelines every time. They then took more money without my permission!
