Why Close Bros?

Spreading my saving among a wide range of banks while eschewing the long-established High St. providers, I came across CB and decided to check out their offerings. At that moment in time, their savings interest rates were among the class leaders so after performing some background checks, I decided to give them my business. An easy-to-use website, and better interest rates than many big-name institutions were sufficient incentive for me to entrust some of my savings with them and I expect to continue as a customer for the foreseeable future. Good account & savings interest

So far, I have no complaints - the account was easy to setup. The one time I used the customer service, they were excellent, very professional, helpful and friendly. If I had one comment it would be the interface is a little clunky and seems a bit "old-fashioned" to login and access. However, it suits my needs very well and I am very happy. Highly recommended. Quick, friendly knowledgeable service received

I opened an account last September, and due to some technical difficulties with internet, I had to speak to someone. I did not have to wait for long to speak to someone, they were very knowledgeable, and when they had to phone me back, they not only phoned me at the exact time they said, but they also came back with the correct answer. Trouble free fixed rate cash ISA investment

We're early adopters of Chase.

We're early adopters of Chase. They have a very good app (it was Excellent until they 'upgraded' it), competitive rates for current and savings accounts and innovations around automated savings capabilities, and useful notifications. It's a shame they are increasing the commitment amount for cashback so we may have to move accounts. Nothing good seems to last! Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
