Close brothers service and products

i have over £100000 invested with Close brothers in several products- both fixed rate bonds and ISAs. interest rates have always been at least competitive, and at best, have been the highest ive been able to find. the systems seem to work well, and when I have needed help, the messaging system is very efficient. Quick, friendly knowledgeable service received

I opened an account last September, and due to some technical difficulties with internet, I had to speak to someone. I did not have to wait for long to speak to someone, they were very knowledgeable, and when they had to phone me back, they not only phoned me at the exact time they said, but they also came back with the correct answer.
