Review of the Enterprise Credit Union, Loans:

I started using credit union when my kids were little.

I started using credit union when my kids were little. They've been a godsend for me each christmas especially as things have gotten more expensive each year. I couldn't afford such a special celebration each year if it wasn't for ECU. The staff are really lively and helpful, they have always been very friendly and when I struggled to fill in the application due to it moving to online they told me to come into the office and helped me to do it. Amazing staff always sort the issue or question straight away answers the phone quickly an are always polite and friendly resolves any issue the same day also really easy to apply and get a loan I've been with this credit union for years and wouldn't want to go any where else now Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
