Every time that I have needed a loan or access to my savings they have been more than helpful and have always provided the correct information to help me from a financial perspective too. I have found over the years that it is a great way to save money too. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

Really helps vulnerable families like mine

It means a lot to a vulnerable family like mine. I’m a carer for my disabled son and partner and whenever we need an item of furniture or doing our sons room up we were able to get a loan off credit union to help us as we don’t get much money as it is as I can’t work due to being a full time carer.
