Not the best

The policy cover which was offered was quite restrictive when compared to other products. The cover price was also quite high compared to other companies. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

Expensive

Whilst casting around for pet insurance (via a comparison website) I had a quote from esure. Not only as the quote for a policy that was miles more expensive than a multitude of others, it was a very limiting policy that didn't offer as many benefits as the others. Needless to say I took insurance out with a different company! Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

Easy to apply, given loads of help and information.

It was very easy to get when i was in need of cash and help when paying for my cat's bills when he got sick. I didn't have enough cash myself and ensure helped me a lot. Reviewed on: 8th November 2015

brilliant customer service, really can tell that want whats best for your furry little friend.

im not one who easily swayed by insurance companys but the customer service was of such a high standard and the explanation by staff was so clear that anyone could understand it. this is a company that i would reccomend to any member of my family or friends. all products are a brilliant price and great value for money considering the cover that is offered. Speedy and Steady

I was truly stressed that I paid £4000 in advance for an operation for my puppy and worried that Esure will not pay me back however they did and rapidly I sent in my claim form and on the very next day itself, they messaged me saying that they had gotten it and it would be managed within 5 days. I was so happy about their efficiency and effectivity. Reviewed on: 4th November 2015
