Very good customer relations until you open the account then poor customer help lines and most wait weeks for a branch appointment.

The policy cover which was offered was quite restrictive when compared to other products. The cover price was also quite high compared to other companies.

The help desk function is quite good. What I liked was when the issue looked like it would take a few minutes to sort, they said that they would phone me back rather than hang on.
