Emails are completely ignored unless I call them first, at which point they suddenly "find" my email only to offer another excuse. Every customer service representative gives a different explanation and a different version of the company's policies, showing a complete lack of consistency and professionalism. The entire process has been frustrating, disorganized, and unacceptable. Poor communication, constant delays, and contradictory information have made this an extremely disappointing experience. Had a no fault bump in a car park, phoned up to make a claim, mentioned that my fiesta had an ecoboost engine and zetec trim as it always has, this was passed on to someone else who in error thought this was a change to the policy then decided to cancel my policy by just sending me an email after they had cancelled saying here is your no claims bonus for the next insurer. I phoned them up and they admitted they had made an error but said they could not reinstate the policy, i would have to reapply for insurance. Hopeless, they admit that this is their fault but i am left without insurance. I am now chasing compensation and the removal from my records that i have had an insurance policy cancelled otherwise it puts roughly £100 on every insurance quote i get from here on in.
