GREAT BANK

I HAVE BANKED WITH THE HALIFAX FOR OVER 30 YEARS WITH NO PROBLEMS. THE STAFF AT THE BRANCH I GO TO ARE SO PATIENT, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE HALIFAX APP ON MY APPLE TABLET IS REALLY GOOD AND I CAN PAY IN CHEQUES USING THE APP WHICH SAVES ME THE BOTHER OF GOING TO A BRANCH. THE WEBSITE IS EASY TO LOG ON AND NAVIGATE. Do not take mortgage

Strongly advise NOT to take mortgage from this bank. Interest rate is going up every 2 months by £20 because they want to force existing customers to take remortgage, where for £60000 borrowed you have to repay over 100000. Terrible. Reviewed on: 10th February 2023
