Great credit card

Love the Halifax Clarity Credit card; it's great for overseas spending as it offers a competitive exchange rate. I also love that I can track my spend straight away on the Halifax app and check pending transactions! Reviewed on: 12th January 2022

Overlooked and undervalued as a customer

I went into the branch to speak to them about changing my sons account. I could not ask any questions without the lady getting cross that I stopped her spiel! I just felt like I was a 'job' to be done rather than a valued customer. Am now leaving Halifax and moving elsewhere!! Reviewed on: 10th February 2015

Easy, simple with excellent service!

Always easy to contact and speak to. Advisors are friendly and helpful and the card is perfect for overseas transactions. Reviewed on: 1st February 2015

Great Mortgage

I have my mortgage with Halifax, great rate, great service and I receive clear and easy to understand annual statements from them. I've owned 2 houses and on both occasions I've used Halifax as my mortgage provider. Reviewed on: 10th December 2014

Useful if you travel a lot

I travel quite a bit, so this card is really useful. Also not had any decline problems when I'm abroad, so it gets a lot of use Reviewed on: 16th October 2014

Free to use anywhere!!

No fee to use it anywhere worldwide and no annual fees. I use this credit card when travelling with work and have had absolutely no problems at all. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2014
