Highly Recommended

Buying a house is one of the most stressful situations but we are very grateful to have had the help of Hanley Economic. We first saw Rachel Ecclestone in the Longton branch who perfectly explained what a mortgage is and we went through what would best suit the both of us. Then we were introduced to our mortgage advisor Lana Beech who throughout the whole process has been professional and extremely supportive. Lana was always checking up on us to see how we were doing and was always keeping us up to date with what was going on. No questions at all went unanswered. Can't recommend this local building society enough!

Lana was lovely, professional and cared

I recently completed on my house purchase with The Hanley. My mortgage advisor was Lana. Lana was amazing. She made the process seamless. She gave us updates throughout. She made us aware upfront of what we needed so we could provide all the documents so nothing would be delayed. She was so lovely and friendly. She even sent us a congratulations card when we moved in, which we both said was a lovely touch.
