SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. Savings rates have come down. SVR goes up immediately interest rates go up. Gross profiteering imo. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

Lana B was so helpful, understanding and knowledgeable regarding our RIO re-mortgaging process. She managed to project her friendly and open manner in conjunction with the professional and masterful skills required of a mortgage advisor: all-in-all simply top-notch. Excellent efficient service

I have recently switched my mortgage to Hanley and wish to comment on the excellent service provided by my advisor Lana Beech. From the initial call with her right through to the mortgage completion she has been so helpful and attentive. It's so refreshing to have someone talk to you rather than hide behind an email. Good service

After a few issues changing our mortgage to move house we did speak to the customer services team. Our issue was resolved very quickly and we were allocated Jame Longmore to sort our new mortgage. Jane went the extra mile to advise us on the best product. She kept us updated through the process and the mortgage part of our house move was completed very quickly. Jane also followed up after the move and completion to check everything was ok. I would absolutely recommend Hanley economic. Reviewed on: 15th May 2023

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Hanley. The mortgage itself was the best on the market and the service I received was exceptional. Self Build Mortgage

Outstanding service from Lana Beech and the Hanley Economic team

Lana has been incredibly helpful, friendly and prompt in dealing wth our buy to let mortgage which we were pushing to get over the line before the financial year. What can I say - they did it! The valuation was booked in within a couple of weeks and everything went smoothly.
