Personal service and great value

Lana Beech the mortgage advisor dealt with us throughout our house move over a period of 9 months, from the earliest days of switching products on our old house, then considering what we could borrow if we moved, some grilling by us over the detail of how that would be affected by job moves, some last minute tweaks to the amount borrowed, to the point of exchange - all with the same friendly person by email and phone. Wouldnt want to go anywhere else

Taking a mortgage out with The Hanley was so easy thanks to our Mortgage Advisor Jane Longmore. Jane explained everything really well and kept in contact to make sure everything was running smoothly even when the mortgage application process had moved on from Jane making both myself and my partner feel comfortable and confident in The Hanley. I have applied for a Retirement Interest Only Mortgage. Anna Whitehead thoroughly went through all the details that were required in a very professional manner. It was carried out in a very courteous manner and it was a very pleasant experience. She answered all questioned that i raised and clarified everything i raised.
