Perfect Services! Transparent, clearly explained, timely and friendly.

From the very beginning of the process to having our mortgage raised, until the very end of completion, the service we received was perfect. We stayed with the same adviser - Jane - throughout the whole process, which gave us confidence that we hadn't been lost or forgotten in "a system". Jane carefully and thoroughly took us through every step of the way, of the process, in a timely way, explaining why she needed to know the answers to what she was asking us. Where there were options, she explained them, giving us the possible pros and cons of any particular path of direction we were choosing to go. We did not feel overwhelmed as we had several different conversations over a period of time, and did not move on until we felt satisfied that we completely understood what we were agreeing too. We never felt rushed to make a decision, or silly to ask any question. Jane took her time in explaining anything we asked, without assuming we understood! She was very kind and patient from the beginning to end of the process. She had great integrity, always telling us what was going to happen and when, and it always did! We were delighted with the whole service, and couldn't fault Jane or Hanley Economic Building Society over anything. Thank you for making everything so pleasant and straight forward.
