Absolute bunch of con artists.

Absolute bunch of con artists... like others have commented. I was in the unfortunate position to have to make a claim in Oct 2024 for my dog... My vets completed the documents and sent them to Healthy Pets, I didn't hear anything so chased them the end Oct, HP stated they hadn't received them so my vets sent the documents again.. again I heard nothing.. Go elsewhere, long claim waiting times....

As people say, you can’t really assess an insurance company until you need to make a claim, which is why we are currently giving 1 star. Over 4 weeks ago, our cat was injured in an accident and underwent a successful surgery. However, the last 4 weeks have been full on anxiety any sleepless nights as they claim still hasn’t been assessed. Deducting whole years premium after death of pet

Having insured my dog with healthy pets since 2016 and paid extra for the gold level to ensure my dog had good cover, I was appalled the companys behavior after making my first claim. My dog, at nearly 12 years old suddenly got ill and upon taking him to the vets, he underwent a scan which showed he had cancer in many places and he was put down that day. Do not go with this insurance

Would highly advise to not go with this pet insurance. Sadly my cat passed away a few weeks ago, we have had to pay the whole bill whilst waiting to hear back from them which is fine. But only to be told a ridiculous amount won’t be paid for, like the fact she was over 6 so a large amount got deducted. And that we have to pay the remaining contract even though our pet is no longer here, which is absolutely disgusting. They clearly could not care less about their customers and j... Avoid at all cost

We have been with this company for 2 years and for the first time made 4 clams recently over £500, And we didn’t get back a penny yet they’re making every excuse not to pay out the clam took 5 months in overall and non of the clams got settled. The process with them is very slow which has affected my dogs health and now has cancer. Reviewed on: 16th August 2023
