Absolutely brilliant company for the public and communities, amazing rates on loans, brilliant place to keep savings, especially as you pay back your loan. Customer service is amazing always a human at the end of the phone who are always happy to help....even rang me back when I have poor signal, my mum continually told me years ago to open an account and I'm just sorry I didn't listen sooner....5*+++ Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

They are very polite and helpful on the phone they help you straight away to apply for a loan the person on the phone explains every things they said they are getting a lot off loans in so could take upto a week to receive my loan but it only took 3 working days and it was in my bank the same day Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
