Absolutely brilliant company for the public and communities, amazing rates on loans, brilliant place to keep savings, especially as you pay back your loan. Customer service is amazing always a human at the end of the phone who are always happy to help....even rang me back when I have poor signal, my mum continually told me years ago to open an account and I'm just sorry I didn't listen sooner....5*+++ Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
