I’ve always had a great experience

I’ve always had a great experience with Heyu Credit Union. The team are very helpful and genuinely try their best to support me whenever they can. They treat people fairly and take the time to understand your situation, which really makes a difference. I’ve found them much more approachable and supportive than traditional banks. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and understanding lender. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2025

Great banking and loan service!

I’ve been a Credit union member for around 20 years -first in Leeds and later in Hull. For the 15 or so years I’ve been with the Hull branch they have provided an excellent service Reviewed on: 28th May 2025

Wouldn't use any other company

Never ever had an issue. Always been fantastic. They don't push like other banks/loan companies. They will only allow you to lend what you can afford. Reviewed on: 27th May 2025
