Disgusting. Irritating company

I've had this card not even a few months , and for no reason , it's been blocked , I cannot access anything online. I've been told every time I call that my account is under investigation. But they cannot say why. This is causing a lot of anxiety. All am told is someone will call me once the review is done. That they cannot discuss anything on the account. When I said I'd like to pay my monthly fee , they gave me an account number at which was wrong what was stated online. When I asked the question ,she said , that's what I have. So I said I won't pay then as it's different online. Wtf. This company Is a joke and wished I never got it. It's caused nothing but stress and anxiety that I really should not feel !!! Great travel credit card

JaJa is great credit card with no hassle in uk or abroad where exchange rates are fair. Customer service polite trained and care. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

What a let down

Really dissapointed to find my card being closed down but this is what you expect these days. I was thinking about signing up to ASDA but thet are Jaja so they won't be getting my custom Reviewed on: 1st April 2023

Closing my account

Card Closing

No ‘thank you for being a customer’ , apology or real explanation as to why the card is being withdrawn. Not the way to demonstrate good customer service. I suggest that anyone who has a card with JaJa seeks a new card straight away and looks carefully at the card provider when applying - if it’s a JaJa card then walk away. Very poor

Having been with Post office for many years it was transferred to Jaja. Today giving no reason other than they are withdrawing the product and with no alternative offered I have received an email saying my account is to close in June. My son has also received the same email. Appalling! Reviewed on: 29th March 2023

discontinued my account

I was transferred from a PO credit card to JaJa several years ago . I had no problems and liked the app However for no good reason they have discontinued my credit card from June Reviewed on: 28th March 2023

Card withdrawn

Having originally been with the Post Office credit card for over 15 years and then being made to transfer to Jaja in Oct 20, they have now withdrawn my card. I always pay off the full amount each month, They say that this product is being withdrawn- but no reason is given and certainly no apology or explanation. 2 months notice given. I have never had very good service from Jaja and would not recommend it to others. But since it now ceases to exist no point in any one applying for a Jaja credit card Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Run away from JAJA

Got a credit card from them and everything went wrong after that. They have suspended my account for no reason. They will not tell me why and its been nearly 3 months now. I am disgusted by their treatment of me. I have not broken any rules, stayed within my limit, and always pay on time. Please do not apply for a credit card with them. worst ever

took out there asda credit card, got a small limit off £500 paid in full before due date each month, now frozen my account and will not tell me why! shocking company to deal with! Reviewed on: 21st November 2022

They have just increased their interest rate charged by 6.4%

I have never missed a payment and never been over my credit limit but they have increased my APR to 22.9%. Perhaps they think all their customers are mugs who will put up with anything. I wont Im closing my account. Reviewed on: 20th November 2022
