LBS first choice

I opened my LBS account to save money with easy access and minimal risk. I am happy that those goals have been comfortably achieved. Account setup was very quick and easy. Online access is simple and secure. I am a content customer! Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

Branch customer service is exemplary.

Branch customer service is exemplary. Whilst I perhaps cold gets slightly higher rates in online only banks Leek offers me a variety of savings accounts that cover long term savings and monthly income also coupled with the excellent customer service suits me very well. I also believe my money is safe with them.... no high risk to concern me. I can also manage my accounts online which is very useful. Not all building societies have that facility.
