Branches on the high street,good rates and very friendly and helpful staff.very important they have option of monthly interest on bonds just need you now to offer this on isas really important to retired people who need the interest for a constant income instead of waiting 1,2 or 3 years.Thankyou. The Staff make the business special.

The staff are welcoming, professional and knowledgeable knowledgeable. After a difficult divorce I applied for a mortage to buy my ex husbands half of the family home. The staff were supportive understanding and did their best to organise matters for me They showed kindness and got me the best deals. I will never forget their generosity of care. Excellent service

Customer service is exemplary. I make a monthly visit to the Oakengates office and always greeted personally with a cheery smile and word. Very helpful and professional. Puts the banks to shame if you can find one. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2026
