Friendly, knowledgable and efficient.

Leek BS staff are friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Always a pleasure to go to my local branch in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent. The society encourage customer feedback and act upon it. They care about the local community. Their charitable trust were a very generous to a local homeless charity. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2026

Branches on the high street,good rates and very friendly and helpful staff.very important they have option of monthly interest on bonds just need you now to offer this on isas really important to retired people who need the interest for a constant income instead of waiting 1,2 or 3 years.Thankyou.
