Review of the Lloyds Bank, Avios Rewards Credit Card:

Lloyds Insurance

Excellent service with Avios Credit card Reviewed on: 15th August 2019

Solved my problem immediately

4
Lloyds have been very helpful in solving a problem with my lloyds credit card. I had overpaid leaving a large credit on the credit card. I rang Lloyds and within a couple of minutes I was through to a member of the team who solved the issue within seconds. They re credited my current account with the overspend immediately and without any fees. This was brilliant customer service Reviewed on: 26th August 2015

Perfectly average

This is a perfectly average bank with nothing special to say about it. The only plus side is that there is the option to sign up to a reward. I love my cinema tickets that I get once a year. Reviewed on: 9th August 2015

Handy!

A great card if you're saving for avios. I'm planning on using them for a summer holiday next year. Another tip if you use this card and the tesco clubcard you get about 3.5% of your spend back in avios so they quickly add up. Reviewed on: 5th August 2015

Great Rewards from a trusted provider.

The Lloyds avios reward credit card is a great way to get free British Airways flights. I have redeemed points for about 5 flights already this year Reviewed on: 22nd April 2015

rip off

there prices are way too high. there staff ain't friendly and the phone survice is confusing at best Reviewed on: 8th April 2015

brilliant customer service nothing was too much

I decided to open a bank account with Lloyds because I had a few friends who had told me about their experiences with lloyds. When I went to my local branch I was approached by a member of staff who polity asked if I needed assistance with anything. I enquired about what bank accounts they offered and they listed everything they offer without making assumptions of my situation. After this I told them which I was interested in and they set me up I twenty minutes ! After being a customer for a year I am impressed with the way I have continued to be treated and would recommend them to friends and family Reviewed on: 5th January 2015

Simple to use and avios are better than cash back for me

4
This has been a good card for me - I like getting avios as a reward - makes me feel a little better about spending money...and it really does add up. Normally get one europe reward flight every year Reviewed on: 30th October 2014

Honest card and good for travelling

This card is a bit of a gem. Decent service, but what I like most is the free upgrade if you spend £7k/year on your card. Helps me to travel in style! Reviewed on: 12th October 2014
