Good but basic

Generally the service with lloyds is satisfactory. My local branch is clean and spacious. The Internet banking/app are both easy to use and offer a wide range of services. My only bug bear is the current low rates offered on savings. Reviewed on: 7th September 2016

Shocking customer service

I have had the Lloyds Avios card for 2 years. After initial issues with Avios being credited it was working fine, then about a year ago, the Avios stopped being credited. Every time I call they promise they will get it fixed and promise a call back which rarely happens. Now I haven't had a statement for 3 months even though the card is active. Helpful custumer service

Lloyds Credit Card customer service team were brilliant when I rang the other morning. They could see what my concern was and then the representative , although couldn't help me himself, went through to another department to find out for me what the charge was. He came back and explained it in full to me as well as providing next steps. Really helpful and I would recommend. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

I Love My Avios Credit Card

One of the best things that I have done getting my Lloyds Avios credit cards with a Mastercard & American Express the points add up really quickly & combining with Tesco Clubcard vouchers means its easy to save enough miles for that little trip. American Express gives more points but its not always accepted everywhere carry both & offer that one first Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

great card, easy to gain avios rewards

two cards, mastercard and American express, really easy to build up avios points on your shopping, have redeemed my points for entry into Disneyland paris before, the only downside is I wanted to transfer money into my bank account from my card recently and they wouldn't allow me to money transfer as there was no promotional rate on my card account, they have since offered me a promotional rate for a period of time but I have already made the purchase using a different card Reviewed on: 18th February 2016
