Shocking customer service

I have had the Lloyds Avios card for 2 years. After initial issues with Avios being credited it was working fine, then about a year ago, the Avios stopped being credited. Every time I call they promise they will get it fixed and promise a call back which rarely happens. Now I haven't had a statement for 3 months even though the card is active.
