Review of the Lloyds Bank, Avios Rewards Credit Card:

brilliant customer service nothing was too much

I decided to open a bank account with Lloyds because I had a few friends who had told me about their experiences with lloyds. When I went to my local branch I was approached by a member of staff who polity asked if I needed assistance with anything. I enquired about what bank accounts they offered and they listed everything they offer without making assumptions of my situation. After this I told them which I was interested in and they set me up I twenty minutes ! After being a customer for a year I am impressed with the way I have continued to be treated and would recommend them to friends and family Reviewed on: 5th January 2015
