Easy, safe banking

With Lloyds I know my money is safe! Lloyds ensure customers are aware of how they’ll be contacted and what information would be required. They regularly send emails informing customers what to look out for in fraudulent activity. I feel like my money is safe and I am looked after as a customer. Lloyds Bank

Their classic account is amazing, I have never encountered any problems with Lloyds Bank whatsoever and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to switch banks or are looking for their first bank account. Reviewed on: 25th March 2023

Great bank

No service and no common sense.

We have been dealing with Lloyds over an account for a gentleman with a foreign passport, someone who has lived in the UK for the last 45 years. Not only were we given completely the wrong information, they wasted two weeks by doing so and then told us something else completely. The reasons given made no sense, they displaced no common sense and there was no common courtesy either. We have since dealt with another bank for exactly the same issue without all the fuss and nonsense they made. Impolite staff who clearly have no interest in customers at all. Atrocious service (Kingston Upon Thames branch). Would never recommend this bank to anyone. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2023
