Simple, Easy To Understand Banking

Lloyds Bank is a bank I've held a current account with for nearly 10 years and their service is always improving. I never have to worry about long queues or phone times, and their internet banking service offers everything I could need. The mobile app is really useful, and I often check it 3-4 times a week, as it saves me time, I don't have to visit the website just to see how much is in my account. Reviewed on: 24th April 2015

They should change the way how they charge people for using them money. If I use my credit card you already get monay because of it, but you are charging me fir using it as well. The bank account should be free of charge if there is no extra options for the customer. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2015

A straightforward simple to use bank account

Does what it says on the tin

This is a simple account that meets your every day needs without having a monthly fee, or trying to foist insurance on you for a charge. Has the ability for an overdraft if agreed with the bank, and can easily set up direct debits etc Reviewed on: 21st April 2015

Useful and convenient

Very easy to perform basic daily banking activities such as withdrawals and deposits. Even though there is always a queue in branch, it always moves quickly and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Reviewed on: 21st April 2015

Has never caused me any problems.

Have had lloyds classic account for many years now. Have found it perfectly good for my needs. The internet banking system is especially easy to use for this account. If you want an account that is simple and unconfusing then this one is good. Reviewed on: 20th April 2015

Good customer service but high fees/ charges

Lloyds are one of the big four banks and they have good customer service. When my account had fraud on they dealt with it quickly and efficently and when I lost my card they cancelled it and sent a replacement out really quickly. The only issue I have with Lloyds is the high charges and fees, if going over the overdraft limit etc. The fees should be capped much lower than they are or a small debt can become a large debt quite quickly. The online banking facilities are really great, setting up direct debits and standing orders is quick and easy and checking your account from a mobile or a PC is simple. Reviewed on: 20th April 2015
