Really poor customer service

Up until yesterday I had nothing but good things to say about Lloyds. I changed from another high street bank eight years ago and everything had been good. However yesterday I tried to get some simple details of a transaction made in 2023. I thought this would be a simple process. How wrong I was, after spending most of the day waiting for the online chat to respond they tell me that this service is not available. What a farce. I thought they had to keep records for six years?
