Meets my needs

Can't complain it has everything I need from a bank account. Customer service are always friendly and happy to help. Reviewed on: 8th October 2014

been banking with lloyds for 4 years . good customer service

been banking with lloyds for 4 years . good customer service , dont have to wait to long on phone to speak to someone . mobile app is ok not as good since they updated it no access to direct debits or standing orders or a link to desktop site which the previous version had Reviewed on: 6th October 2014

Thought about switching but not sure if it's worth it...Lloyds aren't bad...not great either. Overdraft is good feature, but £25 doesn't go too far Reviewed on: 4th October 2014
