They turned round poor service into a super experience

I had reason to complain about poor service. However as soon as the problem was highlighted the attentiveness was second to none and the issue resolved with good grace and a clear desire to put things right. The best thing? Simply average

In this day and age we are always seeking to be amazed or at least not disappointed. I have been neither amazed not disappointed by the classic account. While I don't think I will ever wax lyrically about Lloyds the way some customers of First Direct seem to (about First Direct) I am not otherwise disappointed. Reviewed on: 10th October 2014

been banking with lloyds for 4 years . good customer service

been banking with lloyds for 4 years . good customer service , dont have to wait to long on phone to speak to someone . mobile app is ok not as good since they updated it no access to direct debits or standing orders or a link to desktop site which the previous version had Reviewed on: 6th October 2014

Thought about switching but not sure if it's worth it...Lloyds aren't bad...not great either. Overdraft is good feature, but £25 doesn't go too far Reviewed on: 4th October 2014
