Review of the Wonga, Short Term Loan:

Do not go near this company!

I applied for a short term payday loan with wonga when i found a new job. My wages were getting messed around and i had no money to live on, so thought that wonga could help. They lent me the money no problem, but then a couple of days before the agreed payment was to come out, started deducting money from my bank account. Their customer service is appalling, they rang me hassling for money of me whilst i was in hospital recovering from a miscarriage. I would definately avoid this company and talk to a bank if you need a loan in future not a payday loan shark!!! Reviewed on: 9th August 2015

Review of the Lloyds Bank, Classic Account:

Never any problems

I've had a Lloyds classic current account for nearly eight years now, and have never encountered any problems with them. If I've had to go in branch to change an address or talk about loans, they have always been polite and helpful. I really can't fault them at all and because of this i now have two bank accounts as well as an Isa with them. I'd recommend lloyds bank to everyone, always reliable! Reviewed on: 9th August 2015
