My experience with LCCU has been positive over the years. Always have great customer service, if i do need to speak to someone, they are very helpful and prompt. Its a great service for people like me who are living paycheque to paycheque. In this cost of living crisis, having somewhere to go to get help during difficult times is really beneficial and has improved my quality of life and mental health. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

Good service

Customer service is good in terms of quick response to enquires and issues with account. The direct debit for savings is my favorite as it helps with automated savings before the salary gets to my account. That way, I can't change my mind and it's been very helpful to put money aside.
