They would make your days too miserable dealing with them once you join them.

This company is for sure not properly regulated by the Government. They advert a slogan of saving with them of at least £20 a month. Not only you save but they promise to make your credit score go to the ceiling. I dont care about credit score. I dont need it. When I signed up to save with them to give it a try. Oh my gosh! I discovered there a hidden weekly charge of £2.50 per week. Of course who in the right sense of mind would save and loose their money. So, I opted out to cancel my account with them. But as they already charge me £10 with their charge. My money has no way out to get back to my bank account. Its been more than a week of stress already dealing with them, But they seem too creepy to deal with. Their condition, for you to refund your money, they would ask you to open a new bank account where they would transfer it. WHATS THAT FOR? For them to receive a commissions from the bank where you open an account.. WHAT DISGRACEFUL AND TOO COMPLICATED COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2023

i have been reported for owing 15 pounds whereas I stopped their monthly subscription a month and half earlier which they failed to allow from the end letting me belive I have closed it for good until later on that I woke up to see that they attempted to charge me but failed because it is my customer to lock my card. now that I really need a credit card their fraudulent report of loan and credit card is showing and multiple failure to pay back depts... the worst financial organisation to register with. I need to ask can we all report they to FCA for this. No real customer service, you would ask for something and they will be answering other things not directly connected to your questions. No honour amongst thieves

They will keep changing you months after you close your account. Stay far far away. This company stands to make millions of its customers by taking small amounts from its many users after closure of accounts. Due to their policies you are not entitled to a refund and your the failure to close your account will be blamed on technical issues. Daylight robbery right in plain sight. I’m considering starting a credit agency myself as this is a clearly profitable for them. Reviewed on: 31st October 2024

Total scam!

Total scam!! They make it really difficult to access your savings and then charge you £30 for the money to enter your account. My credit score didn't change. Good Features with Great Product

I find Loqbox product to be easy to use. More importantly the products in itself is easy to understand and use. The little bit it gives helps build my credit score while also helping me save which is a good thing. Reviewed on: 1st September 2024

Very terrible experience with closing Loqbox savings.

Very terrible experience with closing Loqbox savings. You are force to open a new bank account with their partner which was described as Loqbox agreement by taking out Loqbox products which was highlighted to their customers instead they described it as easy to close and walk away with your savings. Customers where not told saving with Loqbox will be recorded as loans. It marvel me to find out my savings was recorded as loan and I paid exorbitant charges from membership fees and closing fees. Don't deposit otherwise you will regret.

I was deposited money in Loqbox but at the end of the year when my tram was finished they asked me to pay £40 to get my money back or else I have to open a bank account with their linked. Please don't deposit your money otherwise you will regret. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2024
