My car was sent to MRN for a repair they used a garage Alloy engineers , my car has been with the garage since July 2023 , the garage signed a satisfactory note stating I was happy with the work and car was delivered a Total this fraud deception . Marshmallow are blaming me for not taking the car , they ain’t even mentioning the customer satisfactory being signed without the car be delivered to me keep away from this company . An absolute joke of a company

First of all please do not use this insurance company just because it may save you a few pounds. It is not worth the hassle, no contact centre for any query, they say 24 hour emergency number that's a lie as it will just tell you to go to live chat this is only open mon-fri 9-4pm. The whole ordeal of actually reporting an issue or getting an answer to a question will take days by email. The extras you add on at the end of making a new claim will be via a third party and they tell U to contact them if U crack your windscreen or something and then they will say contact Marshmallow. The only thing they are 5* on is taking your payment.. Absolute garbage stay away. Don't believe me try and ring and press every single option there is and let me know if you ever get hold of an actual person on the telephone. Reviewed on: 5th February 2024

I couldnt send any documents through app so i asked them to email me ...ive sent the documents through...they just sent me an email they will cancel my policy...as i work night and i have a kid im not on my phone 24/7 so 2 days they give me and bam cancelled my insurance. because my documents where not fit or whatever ...dont get this insurance they will cancel on any chance they have was paying them 246 a month aswell Reviewed on: 3rd February 2024

Trying to help a Ukrainian

Trying to help a Ukrainian whom we hosted I took out a motor policy for him. He has returned to Ukraine, does not speak English, is uncontactible and is not returning to UK. I cannot get Marshmallow to cancel his policy, cant speak to anyone on this matter and the keep billing him monthly since we sold his car in November. Marshmallow have taken out the new increased January payment and say he has to authorise the cancellation of policy - Marshmallow cant think out of the box - do they just continue billing him. My car was stolen. I feel like a criminal not a victim of crime. They never respond to your emails, it’s a shocking company. I would never recommend them to anyone! Trying to find every which way not to pay, it’s stressful and ongoing. Please look elsewhere for car insurance, if I’d seen these reviews first I would never have used them. Lesson learned. Bad company keep well away

Can't contact by phone only email. Won't answer emails takes around 3 attempts. Had car cover but because mine was stolen its void, want me to pay 26% of tge claim because I have 2 houses and insured the car at the address where it is kept. Keep away people Reviewed on: 29th January 2024

Would have given zero stars if there was an option. Given the experiences pf most other customers I can only assume the good reviews about them are AI generated or fake altogether. The service and they way they treated me as a customer is appalling to say the least, how do they manage to operate freely in the insurers market is beyond me. The response, the timing it takes to get through to someone, the lack of a number to speak to an actual person makes it even worse. Pay up a little more ( assuming they are the cheapest anyway) and go to a proper insurer, you will not regret it Reviewed on: 20th January 2024
