Trying to help a Ukrainian

Trying to help a Ukrainian whom we hosted I took out a motor policy for him. He has returned to Ukraine, does not speak English, is uncontactible and is not returning to UK. I cannot get Marshmallow to cancel his policy, cant speak to anyone on this matter and the keep billing him monthly since we sold his car in November. Marshmallow have taken out the new increased January payment and say he has to authorise the cancellation of policy - Marshmallow cant think out of the box - do they just continue billing him. I have asked for telephone contact - unbelievable!! Reviewed on: 1st February 2024
