Poor company

Take money then tell you that you are not insured until you products your driving licence. They say if they don’t receive a copy of your licence they refund you in a week. That’s ok if you have lots of money and can go pay again. That just appalling service a reflection of who is at the top and what’s they about no doubt! Reviewed on: 20th January 2023

Would not pay claim

I had an accident and tried to claim. They used a loop hole to avoid fixing my car. I have been driving for 20 years and made 3 claims before in that time. All without fuss. They took 3 weeks of boucning emails to simply tell me to take a hike. I will be pursuing through the independent ombudsmen. Speaking to someone is almost impossible. Reviewed on: 9th January 2023

Stay away from this company.

Took 2 weeks - to get the specific answer. Ended up paying insurance for my car which didn’t exist. They don’t have anyone person to speak. Stay away Totally messed customer service. Reviewed on: 19th December 2022

Awful response time to thier mess up
