I like the fact I wasn't rushed or felt pressured to decide anything at the appointment. I was made to feel at home, even having a cup of team made for me! And everything was explained simply. A good experience, thank you. Reviewed on: 27th November 2024

Branch style was inviting. Provision of passbook was also a bonus. Service was efficient but we had to deal with two staff as our first contact disappreard whilst we were completing our forms. Time period duration of 18 month bonds are rather confusing. Reviewed on: 27th November 2024
