Information is clear. Good interest rate on the opened product. Having to phone in to obtain an initial online login password feels slightly outdated compared to other banks and building societies. Reviewed on: 25th October 2024

Very helpful and friendly person on the phone. Explained how to transfer to an ISA from the Coventry and the procedure. Advised me to write the cheque out to myself. Reviewed on: 25th October 2024
