Be prepared to waste your time on the phone

Very frustrating trying to deal with them: sent a secure message because that’s the channel I prefer because I’m busy during the day at work,... Very frustrating trying to deal with them: sent a secure message because that’s the channel I prefer because I’m busy during the day at work, yet the my insist on calling me back to discuss by phone! Left a voicemail which then meant I need to ring them and sit in a queue, when they could have just responded to my message so I could read at my convenience. Mentioned this to the advisor on the phone and she was quite defensive and couldn’t see the problem. Very old fashioned and not very customer friendly. Read more Read less

    Angela Jones was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Our situation was complex from the beginning (PhD stipend) and there were also... Angela Jones was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Our situation was complex from the beginning (PhD stipend) and there were also a few hurdles along the way but Angela was really helpful and patient throughout the whole process. She was always contactable and had time to answer questions. We always felt she was pushing our application forward and saved us a lot of time and stress and gave us access to offers we wouldn’t have been able to get on our own. We would recommend anyone to work with Angela who is looking for a mortgage. Read more Read less
