The worst bank for buiseness.

The worst bank for buiseness. I Applied for a buiseness overdraft which was excepted. They took out a £200 fee Then blocked my buiseness account. Now I can't pay the wages for any of my staff . I will sue as this now looks like I'm a bad payer and it affect my firm . Don't use this cowboy company . Reviewed on: 7th June 2024

Stuck in the past

They started off wanting to be an innovative and disruptive bank, but got stuck in a series of gimmicky thinks like dog bowls in branches, without actually delivering to basic banking needs and expectations. For example, how can the app not have the ability to add the card to a digital wallet? Reviewed on: 16th December 2023

I recently had the pleasure of banking with Metro Bank, and I have to say that my experience was fantastic. From the moment I stepped into their branch, I felt like I was treated as an individual rather than just another customer. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. What impressed me most about Metro was their genuine care for their customers. They made it clear that they were willing to work with me to find a banking solution that fit my unique needs, rather than trying to push me into a one-size-fits-all product. Why I would recommend Metro Bank

They were patient with my neurodiversity They personally came to my house in adversity. They fixed my banking when the Rural ping was low They helped me choose which were the best accounts to know They gave me honest sound advice In Covid, when stressed, they repeated instructions more than twice. Their answer phone service is professional and polite. They made sure I got banking transfers right. They one of the only banks that support the environment They are one of the only banks supporting the environment; this is so important. I've said it twice. They aren't fools and don't support fossil fuels. If I weren't returning to NZ, I would keep them as my business bank. They are brilliant. Metro Bank helped me to set up a company bank account for my new business last year. The bank presents itself as individuals who are more than happy to provide a good service. The bank's opening hours and availability of staff means I can visit them any day. They have always been quick to answer any queries I have had about my account.
