Opening hours

Excellent service and open 7 days a week and until 7 pm that’s amazing we can finish our business and do the banking work after work it’s so convenient and Staf are very friendly also they gave pet food and water for our pets truly amazing Reviewed on: 7th April 2023

The staff at Metro Bank were very helpful and thorough when I opened my business account. The online banking is easy to navigate and feels very secure. Customer Friendly Service

I was hesitant is signing up Metro because as an over 70’s was more familiar with traditional banking systems. However, as a supporter of digital technology, got online and within half and hour I had my Business account. No hassle, efficient and effective service. I found customer service very respectful and helpful. Since opening my account I have recommended two businesses to open a Metro account, which they did. Reviewed on: 7th April 2023

Best bank that I deal with

I have 5 banks accounts (mix of business and personal) and I can honestly say that Metro banks is streets ahead of the competition. For one you can actually speak to an actual person at Metro bank, something that is a rare commodity these days. Their online banking system is also very easy to use and looks as if it has been developed in conjunction with real people's input., Very pleased to be a Metro Bank customer.
