Great Service

Banked with Metro for over 5 years now. Great mobile app, very helpful if you go into a branch and you can get to speak to someone on the phone! Very Happy and would recommend without hesitation. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

1st Year Set up for new business

I have now been in business for just over 12 months - it was very easy and quick to set up my business account. I had a couple of face to face meetings right at the beginning and from then onwards my account has been ticking over nicely. The banking App has ben safe and secure and easy to use. Opening hours

Excellent service and open 7 days a week and until 7 pm that’s amazing we can finish our business and do the banking work after work it’s so convenient and Staf are very friendly also they gave pet food and water for our pets truly amazing Reviewed on: 7th April 2023

Great customer service. Easy online banking.

The staff at Metro Bank were very helpful and thorough when I opened my business account. The online banking is easy to navigate and feels very secure. Customer Friendly Service

I was hesitant is signing up Metro because as an over 70’s was more familiar with traditional banking systems. However, as a supporter of digital technology, got online and within half and hour I had my Business account. No hassle, efficient and effective service.
