Support for small community groups

As a local voluntary community group of older people, based in Oxford, we get excellent service through the Oxford Branch of Metro Bank. Our treasurer does not do online banking and can easily get relevant iformation and printouts from thr friendly staff in this Branch. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Straightforward and easy to manage

Always a smooth service.

Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
