Great for basic accounts and highstreet branches

Been with Metro Bank on and off, honestly mostly as an account ready to switch. They don't offer anything beneficial compared to other banks. They do have a lot of branches, but I find it takes a long time to speak to someone; a branch visit is usually takes an hour end to end. And there are a fair few things you have to go into branch to open or resolve. They did recently have a good savings rate, but sadly that dropped soon after opening, and was eclipsed by other banks offerings. Reviewed on: 5th September 2024

Amazing bank

The best bank I have signed up to, easy access to my accounts, personal touch in bank with no glass counters and pets allowed. Easy to get hold off and very efficient when resolving account issues Reviewed on: 8th April 2023
